We are seeking a seasoned, dynamic, and detail-oriented Corporate Counsel Attorney to join our esteemed legal team. You will be responsible for providing legal advice and counsel to our organization on a range of topics, including estate, trusts, probate, employment, labor, and wage laws. Responsibilities:
  • Provide legal advice and guidance on a variety of corporate matters, including estate, trusts, probate, employment, labor, and wage laws.
  • Draft, review, and negotiate a wide range of legal documents and contracts to protect the company's interests.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure the company's compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
  • Represent the company in legal proceedings, if necessary.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that legal solutions support business objectives.
  • Provide training to company personnel on legal matters.
  • Qualifications:
  • Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
  • Admission to the state bar.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Corporate Counsel Attorney or similar role.
  • Proven experience with estate, trusts, probate, employment, labor, and wage laws.
  • Exceptional negotiation skills and the ability to interpret and draft legal documents.
  • Strong knowledge of corporate governance principles and managerial best practices.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
