What You Will Do:

• May include management of a team of Associates.
• Assists Managing Director-Credit Risk with preparing timely reporting to Executive Management and Board of Directors. Assists in the overall administration of Credit Administration.
• Design and manage comprehensive self-testing and quality control around Credit Administration key controls.
• Manage stress testing for loan portfolio.
• Oversight of Reg B compliance for the Bank.
• Coordinate multiple portfolio review processes. Ensures review processes are capturing targeted loans.
• Responsible for preparing and analyzing data portfolio analytics for Credit Administration.
• Manage internal and external exams.
• Preparation and distribution of past due, exception and portfolio concentrations reporting.
• Responsible for maintenance of underwriting templates and other internal documents. Update quarterly interest rate sensitivity analyses.
• Maintain functional knowledge on credit origination and reporting systems, platforms, and processes. Improve delinquent property tax and insurance reporting.
• As a member of the Credit Departments, participate in the development and maintenance of policies.
• Coordinate periodic updates to Front-End Guidance.
• Manage Vendor compliance for the Credit Administration Department.
• Timely completion of special projects as directed by the Managing Director-Credit Risk.
• Demonstrates following skills:
  • CRE and C&I lending, plus loans to individuals
  • Report creation and analytics using various different platforms
  • Advanced data and business information analysis
  • General knowledge in Commercial and Consumer regulations
  • Working effectively with multiple teams

What You Bring:

• Proficient in various Microsoft software applications
• Financial statement and tax return analysis
• Lending activities and terminology
• Commercial construction, real estate, and consumer loan processing; federal lending and compliance regulations
• Bank lending policies

Education Level Education Details Required/Preferred Bachelor's Degree Or equivalent from a four-year college. Required

Experience Level Experience Details Required/Preferred 5-7 years Experience and/or training of the equivalent combination of education and experience. Required 5-7 years Managed teams of at least three Associates Preferred

Pay Range: $86,000 - $138,000/YR
