Corporate Development Director - Arrow Search Partners : Job Details

About The Company:

Our client is a leading, privately held global investment manager with $3 Billion in AUM. This role will report to the CEO and work with outside global fund raisers.

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed market analyses to identify expansion opportunities across sectors and regions
• Evaluate potential strategic partnerships, alliances, joint-ventures and acquisition opportunities
• Provide ongoing support to our current strategic alliances
• Manage the firm's financial forecast and perform analyses sensitizing operating assumptions
• Prepare presentations for monthly meetings with our partners providing updates on the firm's strategy, financial performance, and key firm news
• Conduct competitive benchmarking analyses on target peer groups to identify industry trends
• Organize and prepare content for corporate events including the annual strategy offsite
• Develop the agenda and content for frequent management committee meetings
• Coordinate with senior management on various ad-hoc requests related to firm's strategy

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree required
• 3+ years of investment banking or M&A advisory experience preferred
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights

Salary Range: $200,000-$230,000
