What You'll Do:

• Lead the Charge: Develop and execute a cutting-edge sales strategy focused on corporate, non-profit, and association events. Drive new business through innovative prospecting, networking, and leveraging social media.
• Be the Expert: Dive deep into market research to uncover new opportunities and tailor your approach to meet client needs. Your insights will fuel our growth in this dynamic market.
• Maximize Impact: Utilize our stunning weekday event spaces to their fullest potential, driving revenue and creating exceptional experiences for our clients.
• Build Lasting Relationships: Nurture and grow relationships with key clients, ensuring repeat business and glowing referrals. You'll be the face of Wedgewood Weddings in the Phoenix area, conducting site tours and consultations that wow our clients.
• Craft Perfect Proposals: Use Salesforce to create detailed, customized proposals that align perfectly with client needs and our high standards.
• Enhance Our Reputation: Strengthen our online presence by securing positive reviews and promptly addressing any feedback. Your efforts will ensure Wedgewood Weddings remains a trusted name in the industry.
• Collaborate & Contribute: Work closely with our team in sales meetings and Banquet Event Order (BEO) discussions. Cross-train in social sales and event planning to support your colleagues and expand your skills.
• Exceed Expectations: Consistently achieve—and surpass—sales targets and performance goals, driving both your success and ours.

What We're Looking For:

• A commitment to outstanding guest service and hospitality.
• Stellar communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Salesforce (preferred).
• A keen eye for detail and a knack for organization.
• The ability to thrive under pressure in fast-paced environments.
• Strong negotiation skills and the confidence to close deals.
• A collaborative spirit that builds rapport with clients and team members alike.
• A solid background with at least 5 years of experience in Catering Sales Management, Corporate Sales Management, Event Planning, or related fields.

What We Offer:

• Competitive salary: $75,000-$80,000
• Quarterly bonus: $2,400
