A financial services company is seeking a remote Manager of Corporate FP&A to lead enterprise financial planning, drive profitability, and support strategic decisions. Reporting to the Director of FP&A, this role oversees consolidated financial planning, partners with executives to set and achieve targets, and leads key initiatives, including M&A support. Required Skills & ExperienceMust Haves: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics or a related field of study. 7+ years of experience in corporate finance, planning, M&A or strategy. Confident use of MS Office, especially excel.
Nice to Have Skills & ExperienceNice to Haves: Master's degree in Finance, economics or a related field of study or a CFA. Experience leading financial planning or in the insurance or financial services industry. Familiarity with financial systems (Workday, Oracle, SAP, or similar), visualization software (PowerBI, Tableau, or similar) and FP&A tools (Adaptive Planning, Hyperion, or similar) Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
