Corporate Lawyer - Lateral Link : Job Details

Plastic pipe manufacturer seeks a Corporate Attorney for an onsite role in their Los Angeles office.

The attorney will provide legal support on a range of transactions for internal business groups and will serve as a member of the corporate legal department and support the management team.

Duties will include:

● Supporting and managing various litigation

● Reviewing, negotiating, drafting and revising a variety of commercial contracts from vendors

● Managing intake of contract requests and conducting internal client interviews related to contracts and other legal projects

At least 5 years of experience is required and admission to the California bar.
