Corporate M&A Associate (1800 billable hours) - Crea Legal Search : Job Details

A renowned top 200 AM Law firm is in search of a Mid level Associate to join their Mergers and Acquisition and Private Equity practice group for their firm's Los Angeles office.

About You:

• Ideal candidates will possess 2 to 6 years of experience in corporate transactions with an emphasis of public or private company M&A and related corporate matters, including private equity, public and private financings, corporate governance and related business matters
• Experience in acquisition agreements and other documents required for M&A and private equity transactions and proficiency in drafting the same
• Excellent academic credentials
• Large regional, national or international law firm experience preferred

The expected salary for this position ranges from $225,000 to $390,000, contingent upon experience.
