Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and dynamic Corporate Onboarding Specialist to join our HR team. You will manage the end-to-end onboarding process, ensuring a seamless and positive experience for new hires. The role involves overseeing compliance, documentation, and the integration of new employees into the company culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding Process Management: Oversee and coordinate all aspects of the onboarding process for new corporate hires, including pre-boarding, orientation, and integration into the company culture.
  • Documentation & Compliance: Ensure all necessary paperwork, policies, and compliance documents are completed and filed accurately. Ensure all legal and regulatory requirements are met during the onboarding process. Organize and maintain digital and physical records in adherence to company standards.
  • E-Verify & I-9 Processing: Manage and complete E-Verify and Federal I-9 processes for all new hires, ensuring compliance with immigration and employment eligibility regulations.
  • Drug Testing & Background Checks: Coordinate and facilitate pre-employment drug testing and background checks for new hires. Ensure all results are processed and compliant with company policy and legal standards.
  • Employee Engagement: Foster a welcoming environment for new hires by ensuring they are well-informed about company values, benefits, and expectations. Serve as the main point of contact for new employees throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Collaboration with Teams: Work closely with HR, IT, Managers, and other departments to ensure that all necessary resources (e.g., equipment, access to systems, workspace) are provided before the new hire's start date.
  • Training & Orientation: Facilitate orientation sessions, including an introduction to company policies, benefits, and culture. Coordinate start dates and materials for new hires.
  • Reporting & Tracking: Maintain accurate records and reports on new hires. Prepare regular updates on onboarding metrics and communicate with managers regarding new hire start dates.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in onboarding, HR, or related fields.
  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and compliance requirements (e.g., I-9, E-Verify).
  • Excellent organization and time management skills
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
