• Corporate paralegal with 7+ years of experience in maintenance of corporate records for a large financial institution.

• Serve as project manager for paralegal team as the team supports a year+ review/remediation of corporate records for more than 50 entities, including broker-dealer entity.

• Provide interim overflow support of paralegal team in management of entities, including coordinating with lead remediation attorney, legal entity attorneys.

Qualifications:

• College degree or equivalent

• 7+ years of experience in financial services

• Word and Excel are necessary, iManage experience a plus.
