Experience with/Knowledge of:

• Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, PowerPoint, Excel)
• Federal, state, and local procedures for corporate formations and partnerships.
• Preparing documents and forms as to pension plans, stock options, and deferred compensation.
• Preparing documents and forms as to amendments, withdrawals, and mergers and dissolutions.

Qualifications:

• Paralegal Certificate
• 5+ years' as a Paralegal
• Ability to report in office 3 days/week
