Meta seeks an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join the Legal department's securities and disclosures team. Reporting to the Director and Associate General Counsel, you will work proactively with cross-functional partners across the organization, including legal, finance and executive operations.Bachelor's Degree 8+ years of experience in Paralegal or related field Corporate experience with public companies, with emphasis on SEC compliance and corporate governance Attention to detail Experience working with cross-functional teams Organizational problem-solving skills In-house experience and prior AmLaw 100 law firm experience Extensive in-house experience at a multinational public company
