About the position: Provide paralegal support and services relating to corporate governance, including maintaining stock records, corporate record books and documentation for board of directors and shareholder meetings. Assist with filings and service. Manage and assist in case planning, strategy, and discovery. Collect and review documents. Prepare documents for production. Maintain documentation per requirements. Schedule meetings, maintain calendars, and track status of pending legal matters. Make travel arrangements and prepare appropriate travel documentation. About you: Five or more years of related experience is required. It would be great if you had: An Associate's Degree in business or related field, with an emphasis on law. Previous litigation support experience. Notary public certification. Paralegal certification. About the total compensation package: Wage - $28.62 - $36.69 per hour. Compensation depends on the selected candidate's education and experience. Relocation - This position may qualify for relocation.
