If this sounds like the choice you want to make, then choose MITRE—and make a difference with us.Department Summary:Corporate Real Estate (CRE) is responsible for managing the Real Estate infrastructure and related business processes ​​​​​​to support our FFRDC goals and our sponsors' mission outcomes. We develop and maintain a physical infrastructure and supporting business processes to effectively enable MITRE's Good Growth strategy…empowering our staff to act as the connector.Roles & Responsibilities:Track and report upcoming lease expirations and other critical lease dates.Assist in the creation of the business case presentation for any site that needs a lease decision.Participate in project management meetings and provide meeting summaries and manage follow up items.Serve as an integrator between site leaders and the CRE Sr. Sites Manager to obtain and organize change management activities for sites projects.Execute site related activities with key internal and external vendor partners.Ensure that all service deliverables are executed by external vendor partners.Coordinate with the finance business partner to support with the monthly tracking of site budgets.Manage the content of the internal sites webpage to ensure all information is current and accurate.Assist site leaders with questions on budget allocations, vendor inquiries, and requests for additional funds.Maintain key organizational tools and references including knowledge management tools and various document repositories.Assist in the updating of project files, plans, budgets, and policies.Provide ad hoc task management and execution support including but not limited to – briefing and presentation development.Basic Qualifications:Typically requires a minimum of 5 years of related experience with a Bachelor's degree; or 3 years and a Master's degree; or a PhD with relevant experience who can immediately contribute at this job step; or equivalent combination of related education and work experience.Attention to detailProven organizational skills, including time managementProject management experienceAnalytical and problem-solving skillsAbility to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environmentStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to multitask and project manage competing projects and prioritiesPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in business, project management, finance or appropriate/relevant fieldProficiency with Microsoft Excel and other productivity applications and platformsThis requisition requires the candidate to have a minimum of the following clearance(s):NoneThis requisition requires the hired candidate to have or obtain, within one year from the date of hire, the following clearance(s):NoneWork Location Type:HybridMITRE is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
