Position Overview We are seeking a professional and personable Corporate Receptionist / Front Desk Guest Experience Assistant to serve as the first point of contact for our visitors, clients, and staff. In this role, you will play a vital part in creating a welcoming and professional environment, handling the reception area operations with efficiency, and ensuring seamless communication across our organization.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate outstanding interpersonal skills, strong organizational abilities, and a proactive problem-solving mindset. Success in this role hinges on effective communication with a diverse audience and the ability to juggle multiple responsibilities seamlessly. This position demands exceptional multitasking capabilities in a fast-paced environment, requiring frequent movement throughout the office and building floors.
- This is an onsite position located at our North American Headquarters in Irving, TX
- Work schedule is Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
- Bilingual a plus but not required
Main Accountabilities - Be Our Welcoming Ambassador: Greet guests with warmth and professionalism, ensuring they feel valued and at ease from the moment they arrive. Guide them seamlessly through their visit, setting a positive tone for their experience.
- Keep a Flawless Front: Maintain a neat and inviting reception area. Manage the visitor log and organize guest badges to keep everything running smoothly.
- Prioritize Security with Care: Follow company protocols to sign in guests, upholding all security procedures with attentiveness and accuracy.
- Effortless Entry: Monitor the doorbell console to facilitate a smooth and welcoming entry process for visitors and deliveries.
- Elevate Meetings with Thoughtful Catering: Arrange catering for executive and team gatherings, handling all the details for a flawless event experience.
- Support Across the Board: Assist with conference room bookings and lend a hand to departments with a variety of administrative needs.
- Stay Flexible & Engaged: Be ready to take on additional responsibilities with a positive, can-do spirit, making each day different and rewarding.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - High School Diploma or equivalent
- 1 year of administrative experience and face-to-face customer service experience required
- Experience working within the hospitality industry highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint and Outlook
- Data entry experience a plus
- Ability to work with minimal supervision, interact with all levels of management and maintain strict confidentiality
- Strong analytical, verbal, written, interpersonal and organizational skills
- Must have the ability to move around and walk throughout the office, which is a four-story building. This position requires a balance of stationary and mobile tasks
- This is an onsite position located in the Irving/Las Colinas area.
- This is a non-exempt/hourly pay position working 40 hours per week 8am-5pm
