Job Type Full-timeDescriptionAs a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.   • Identify and attract top talent for various positions across the organization, ensuring alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Oversee the entire recruitment process, from sourcing and interviewing to extending offers and onboarding new hires.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, create job descriptions, and develop tailored recruitment strategies.
  • Utilize a variety of sourcing methods such as social media, job boards, and networking to build a diverse talent pipeline.
  • Maintain clear communication with candidates throughout the hiring process to enhance the company's employer brand and ensure a seamless experience.
  • Track and analyze recruitment metrics (time-to-fill, cost-per-hire, etc.) to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of hiring processes.
  • Implement consistent and effective interviewing techniques to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Keep accurate and up-to-date records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to manage candidate flow and recruitment processes efficiently.
  • Continuously enhance recruiting strategies by staying informed on the latest hiring trends, tools, and best practices in the industry.
  • Provide timely follow-up to applicants and candidates, keeping them engaged and informed throughout the recruitment journey
  • Lead or contribute to special projects
COMPETENCIES
  • Proven ability to source candidates using a variety of methods, including job boards, social media, and networking.
  • Strong interviewing and candidate assessment capabilities to ensure alignment with job requirements and company culture.
  • Effective in building and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers, ensuring a clear understanding of hiring needs and candidate profiles.
  • Adept at developing and executing effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent across various roles.
  • Exceptional at creating a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the recruitment process.
  • Skilled in negotiating job offers, including compensation and benefits, to ensure a mutually beneficial outcome for both candidates and the organization.
  • Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations to ensure recruitment practices are legally compliant.
  • Proficient in using ATS software to manage candidate pipelines, track recruitment progress, and generate reports.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams and other recruiters to share insights, strategies, and support larger organizational hiring goals.
EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION
  • 5+ years of experience in a corporate recruiting environment
  • Experience recruiting call center and inside sales professionals is strongly preferred
  • Experience recruiting for a digital marketing agency is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Marketing or related field is a plus
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
  • Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
  • Prolonged periods attending or presenting on video calls with camera on
