Corporate Recruiter - Endeavor Agency : Job Details

Our client in the Real Estate Management space is seek a bilingual Spanish speaking Corporate Recruiter. The ideal candidate will be comfortable reaching out to new people frequently via telephone and have an ability to determine a candidate's potential through interview questions. Previous corporate recruiting experience is required. This person should have excellent organizational skills in order to build and maintain a pipeline of prospective candidates have the ability to self manage in a work from home environment. Additionally, they should be committed to both meeting and exceeding assigned quotas. This position will work remotely.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and develop pipeline of eligible candidates for future open positions
• Conduct interviews via phone or in-person
• Maintain Applicant Tracking System
• Qualify or reject candidates based on interview feedback and resume reviews
• Serve as contact person for questions from candidates
• Meet weekly quotas related to calls and emails
• Utilize and maintain job boards and postings to effectively connect with new potential candidates
• Understand the needs of all hiring managers for open roles
• Manage the hiring and onboarding process by making sure candidates complete background checks and receive all new onboarding material and welcome info
• Must be willing to participate in at least 2 career fairs in person annually and be willing to come into the office to complete interviews and or onboarding on occasion or to meet with supervisors

Qualifications

• Bilingual in Spanish
• Recruiting or call center experience
• Strong organizational and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to work from home
• Demonstrated ability to meet quotas
