Job Title: Corporate RecruiterJob DescriptionAs a Corporate Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the recruitment needs for various corporate skillset openings. You will conduct the full cycle recruiting process, including qualifying roles with hiring managers, creating job postings, screening candidates, and supporting candidates through the interview process. Additionally, you will build relationships with universities and associations to enhance brand recognition.
Responsibilities- Work closely with hiring managers in various departments to define recruitment needs and plan the hiring process.
- Set hiring goals (e.g., quarterly and annual).
- Track recruitment KPIs, such as time to hire, source of hire, and time to fill.
- Manage all communication with candidates from the moment they apply until onboarding.
- Source candidates on job boards, resume databases, professional networks, and through referrals.
- Interview candidates at various stages of the hiring process (phone screening calls, video interviews, and in-person interviews).
- Utilize skill assessment tools and tests to screen candidates.
- Oversee internal and external communication to maintain a positive employer reputation (e.g., Glassdoor, LinkedIn, social media).
- Organize hiring events and participate in job fairs to network with potential candidates.
Essential Skills- Corporate Recruitment experience in professional services and sales personnel.
- Outgoing personality to support orientations and network with hiring managers and local universities.
- Strong full cycle recruitment knowledge, including resume analysis, identifying red flags, and market understanding.
- Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Hands-on experience with recruitment software.
- Strong interviewing skills with familiarity with various interview techniques (e.g., video or panel interviews).
- Experience with social media recruiting.
- Understanding of HR practices and labor legislation.
- Exceptional communication skills.
Additional Skills & Qualifications- 2+ years of talent acquisition experience supporting professional services skillsets.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Communications, or a relevant field.
- Ability to create partnerships with local universities and associations.
Work Environment- Fully onsite Monday to Friday (9am - 5pm)
