The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the transportation industry, and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
- Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
- Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
- Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
- Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the transportation industry.
- Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
