We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Corporate Recruiter to work for one of our top transportation clients in DFW! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruitment, particularly within the transportation industry, and will be responsible for sourcing, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet the company's staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment best practices.
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking events, to identify potential candidates.
  • Maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for future hiring needs.
  • Conduct reference checks and background screenings.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, preferably within the transportation industry.
  • Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment software.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
