Role Purpose

Our client is seeking a Corporate and Variable Operations Recruiter to lead the sourcing and hiring of talent for corporate positions and sales roles. In this role, youll play a vital part in developing innovative recruitment strategies that drive organizational growth and success.
What Youll Do
Recruitment for Corporate and Sales Positions:
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for corporate roles and sales positions.
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner with hiring managers to align recruitment efforts with specific role requirements and company culture.
Candidate Sourcing and Screening:
- Identify candidates through job boards, social media, and networking events.
- Conduct phone screens and interviews to evaluate qualifications and cultural fit.
- Present top candidates to hiring managers and coordinate interviews.
Collaboration and Relationship Building:
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and department leaders to ensure hiring alignment.
- Offer market insights and advice on competitive compensation packages.
- Maintain a talent pipeline for future opportunities.
Candidate Experience:
- Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout the hiring process.
- Provide timely updates and feedback to candidates.
- Manage the offer process, including negotiating terms with selected candidates.
What You Bring
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred).
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, ideally within the automotive or sales industry.
- Strong understanding of corporate and sales roles.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems and recruitment tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in automotive recruitment.
- In-depth knowledge of industry trends and talent acquisition best practices.
- Exceptional networking skills and industry relationship-building abilities.
