If you're a recruiter who thrives on challenge, seeks to make a significant impact, and wants to contribute to a company that's making waves in the industry, we want you on our team.Position Overview: As a Corporate Recruiter, you'll partner with leaders to drive our recruitment initiatives, ensuring we attract, select, and onboard people that embody our brand promise of people who make it right . You'll be a key player in crafting and implementing recruitment programs, enhancing our candidate sourcing strategies, and supporting our organization's strategic goals.Key Responsibilities:
  • Full Lifecycle Recruitment: Manage the end-to-end recruitment and onboarding process for assigned leadership, STEM, and core business function positions (i.e., Sales, Marketing, IT, Finance), ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Sourcing Strategies: Develop and deploy innovative candidate sourcing strategies to attract and engage top-notch talent.
  • Partnership: Collaborate with management and supervisors to understand job needs, job specifications, and qualifications.
  • Network Building: Develop and maintain a robust network of contacts to identify and source qualified candidates.
  • Candidate Engagement: Coordinate and participate in local job fairs, maintain contacts with schools and alumni groups, and work with external recruiters and employment agencies.
  • Screening and Selection: Review applications, interview candidates, coordinate interviews, and screen applicants for further assessments.
  • Resource and Support: Act as a resource for manufacturing HR team members on selection/recruitment as needed and manage intern activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business or an HR-related field is required. In lieu of bachelor's degree, candidates with additional years of recruiting experience will be considered.
  • 3 years of full lifecycle recruiting experience, including online candidate sourcing techniques, assessment, and relationship management.
  • Additional experience required includes:
    • Previous use of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is essential.
    • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
    • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
    • Flexibility and the ability to build a professional network.
