As a Corporate Risk Intelligence Lead, you will:

  • Leadership responsibilities - Lead and motivate a team of analysts, assigning tasks, providing guidance, and coaching to maximize individual and team performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and provide feedback to team members. Identify training needs and develop training plans to enhance team capabilities. Proactively identify opportunities for improvement and efficiencies. Foster a collaborative and teamwork-oriented environment.

  • Project Management - Align projects within team to leverage strengths and create opportunities for growth and learning, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines and budgets. Help define project scope, identify key deliverables, and develop project plans. Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

  • Data Analysis and Reporting - Provide guidance, oversight and best practice recommendations for the collection, cleaning, and analysis of complex data sets using various analytical tools and techniques. Interpret data, identify trends, and generate actionable insights to inform business decisions. Develop comprehensive reports and presentations to communicate findings to senior management effectively.

  • Business Partnering - Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and identify key priorities. Proactively identify opportunities to leverage data analysis to improve business processes and decision-making. Act as a trusted advisor to stakeholders by providing insights and recommendations based on data analysis.

  • Quality Assurance - Establish and maintain quality standards for data analysis and reporting. Review analytical outputs to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to best practices.

Education

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience in Business, Risk, Compliance, Mathematics, Finance, Accounting, Analytics, or Computer Science. Required

Experience

  • 4-7 years of progressive application, data, and/or analytics experience within the financial services and/or BSA/Risk function. Required
  • 7-10 years of progressive application, data and/or analytics experience within the financial services and/or BSA/Risk function Preferred

Licenses and Certifications

  • Other CAMS, PMP, or other Fraud, Risk, IT or Data Analysis certification. Preferred

$98,350.00 - $168,600.00 per year
