Job Description :
We are seeking a high-performing, analytical Corporate Strategy Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Strategy, the Corporate Strategy Analyst will play an important role in supporting our company's decision-making processes and strategic direction. Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
  • Support the Corporate Strategy team with preparation of materials and ad hoc research for annual & long-range strategic plans
  • Conduct external market research, assess internal data, and synthesize findings in support of new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives
  • Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather key insights and support the execution of annual plan & strategic initiatives
  • Create executive-level presentations to communicate progress, findings, and/or recommendations
  • Support a variety of ad-hoc projects, as needed
  • Role model & champion RxBenefits values
Required Skills / Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic achievement
  • 1+ years of full-time work experience
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, required
  • A highly-collaborative, flexible, teamwork-oriented working style
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication skills
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
  • Demonstrates attention to detail and high accuracy
  • A positive attitude and an excitement for learning
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Familiarity with the pharmacy benefits and/or healthcare industries
  • Experience in strategy consulting, corporate/business unit strategy, or data/business analysis
Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $62,400 - $78,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The final salary offered to the selected candidate may vary from the posted range due to individual qualifications.
