We are seeking a high-performing, analytical Corporate Strategy Analyst to join our team. Reporting to the Director of Corporate Strategy, the Corporate Strategy Analyst will play an important role in supporting our company's decision-making processes and strategic direction. Essential Job Responsibilities Include:
- Support the Corporate Strategy team with preparation of materials and ad hoc research for annual & long-range strategic plans
- Conduct external market research, assess internal data, and synthesize findings in support of new growth opportunities and strategic initiatives
- Collaborate with teams across the organization to gather key insights and support the execution of annual plan & strategic initiatives
- Create executive-level presentations to communicate progress, findings, and/or recommendations
- Support a variety of ad-hoc projects, as needed

Required Skills / Experience:
- Bachelor's degree with a strong record of academic achievement
- 1+ years of full-time work experience
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, particularly PowerPoint and Excel, required
- A highly-collaborative, flexible, teamwork-oriented working style
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage competing priorities effectively
- Demonstrates attention to detail and high accuracy

Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the pharmacy benefits and/or healthcare industries
- Experience in strategy consulting, corporate/business unit strategy, or data/business analysis
Based on relevant market data and other factors, the anticipated hiring range for this role is $62,400 - $78,000 annually. Final compensation rates will be determined based on various factors, including but not limited to experience, skills, knowledge, and internal equity considerations. This role is also short-term incentive eligible. Incentive amounts will vary by individual and business goals. We are committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.
