This individual will need to have a solid understanding of finance functions, manufacturing activities, and keen to keep pace with changes with technology, tax law, and regulatory environment.

What you will bring:
* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Accounting, Finance or a related field.
* 7 years of experience in managing tax compliance
* US tax technical knowledge and experience with preference for general international tax principles.
* Knowledge of US GAAP and IFRS
* CPA preferred
Competencies and Skills:
* Solid working knowledge of SAP, MS Office, and Vertex.
* Team-oriented
* Proven analytical skills
* High attention to detail and very well organized
Some of the key activities you will be responsible for:
* Preparation & review of the US income tax returns. This includes managing internal procedures and external service providers' work.
* Preparation & review of quarterly and annual global income tax provision for the company. This includes managing the ASC 740 (FAS 109) tax provision process, accounting and related financial statement disclosures as part of the quarterly and annual close.
* Assist with other tax projects including ongoing review and enhancement of tax procedures with a view to minimize tax risk. This includes adhering to and enhancing internal control environment.
* Assist with strategic initiatives to reduce the world-wide effective tax rate.
* Maintain and develop US transfer pricing documentation. This includes managing TP models, policies and adjustments.
* Develop and maintain compliance aspects related to BEPS, Pillar II requirements; as well as ability to manage GILTI, BEAT, FDII, and CAMT.
* Responsible for compliance and management of other corporate taxes which includes but not limited to Property, Sales & Use, Excise, and Superfund.

Salary: $101,900 to $140,100
