Corporate Transactional Attorney (SaaS): California - Hire Counsel : Job Details

We are working with a major clothing company and online retailer seeking a California licensed project attorney to review and negotiate SaaS agreements to ensure sufficiency and efficacy. The successful candidate must have tech transaction experience to ensure the ability to negotiate complex SaaS agreements competently and independently with minimal oversight. Filling in for a senior corporate counsel on maternity leave, the attorney will also provide general coverage on routine corporate matters. The work may be done remotely, but California Bar licensure is an absolute requirement. The work will extend from January to May of 2025. The expected workload is 15-20 hrs./wk. The compensation will be $110-125/hr., depending upon experience.
