Corporate Transactions Manager - Innovative Driven : Job Details

Innovative Driven is seeking a Corporate Transactions Manager with previous Hart-Scott-Rodino filing experience to join the team at a premier international law firm client based in DC!

The ideal candidate will have at least five years of relevant experience with HSR filings, antitrust filings, investment management, M&A, and/or fund formation in a legal or financial firm.

Candidates with strong overall corporate transactional experience from within a law firm or from within a financial services company would also be a great fit for this role.

The firm is working a hybrid schedule, with three days onsite in DC, and two days remote.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Prepare HSR filings and review relevant documents from clients, including financial statements, market share data and internal memos
• Analyze data surrounding transaction structure
• Conduct research on relevant antitrust laws and regulations
• Coordinate with the FTC and DOJ any requests regarding the review process
• Attend internal and client calls and follow up with action points
• Provide general support to the firm's antitrust team
• Assist corporate clients in details connected with mergers and acquisitions
• Build and develop strong client relationships
• Assist in managing daily projects for clients and internal stakeholders
• Focus on keeping the trains on the tracks for the necessary transactions

REQUIREMENTS:

• Minimum of five years of experience in a corporate law environment or in compliance
• At least one year of specific Hart-Scott-Rodino experience
• Bachelor's degree
• Strong proficiency with Excel and all Microsoft Office and Adobe applications
• Ability to work overtime and travel when needed
