Position SummaryThis position is responsible for the food service operation at the Robert E. Ellsworth Correctional Center. Direct the production of meals; train and supervise inmate food service workers; plan meals and procure supplies; care for and clean kitchen equipment; maintain food inventory and proper sanitation standards. This position will use computer software in the preparation of food estimates.Salary InformationThis position is in pay schedule and range 03-13 with a starting pay of $23.24/hour. Pay will be set in accordance with the Compensation Plan and Wisconsin Administrative Code in effect at the time of hire.
