Job Opportunity: Product Costing Manager

Are you a finance professional passionate about product costing and continuous improvement? We're hiring a Product Costing Manager to support key processes and initiatives within our organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in standard cost creation for all domestic and Brita materials.
• Lead and train teams during the annual standards-setting process.
• Collaborate with the Product Supply Organization to ensure accurate standards and reduce supply chain errors.
• Maintain and improve internal controls for product costing.
• Coach and support analysts while reviewing and approving their work.
• Drive closure on continuous improvement projects and support initiatives like Project Elevate – Vista.
• Serve as the point of contact for E&Y Costing Controls when needed.
• Manage monthly production order WIP/error clearing and provide financial reviews for profit centers.
• Support the development of supply chain finance forecast calendars.

Qualifications & Skills Required:

• Experience: 4–5 years in finance, accounting, or a related field, preferably in Consumer Packaged Goods or Manufacturing.
• Strong experience in SAP; S4HANA - plus
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related fields.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and exceptional SAP skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and excellent communication abilities.
• Proven ability to streamline processes and manage workloads to meet deadlines.
• Strong planning, organizing, and team collaboration skills.
