Main Purpose: compile and record all costs associated with jobs, create transmittals and billing orders for processing.Essential Functions:
- Track all job-related costs in job trackers.
- Create AR invoices and input in General Ledger.
- Audit DSR Tracker / Invoices.
- Other responsibilities as determined by the supervisor.
RequirementsPhysical Requirements:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior/office work environment. Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods of time.
- Bending, stooping, and lifting up to 15lbs.
Job Requirements:
- Must be able to pass pre-employment physical and drug screen.
- Must be able to pass background check.
- Ability to effectively communicate in English, both verbally and in writing.
Desirable Experience, Education, and Training:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- 1-3 years accounting background.
- Able to work in and independently and in team environment.
- Experience in working with accounting software applications, Report writing applications.
Tools, Equipment, and Technology:
- Basic knowledge working with Office Phones, copy machines, and computers.
Environmental Conditions:
- 85% to 90% of job duties ae performed in office environment.
- Some outdoor activities are a requirement of the role including yard tours and jobsite visits.
