ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
* Gather and compile applicable cost components, based on specified client documentation in a very high volume, fast paced environment.
* Provide internal and external support to inquiries, adjustments, and issue resolution.
* Detailed audit of all expense components, including review of tax inputs/outputs. Evaluate and analyze data for irregularities and/or omissions.
* Respond timely to email inquiries.
* Produce accurate and timely service to support contractual client terms.
* Ability to review work for accuracy in timely manner.
* Participate in required training.
* Participate in team meetings.
* Assist with adhoc projects as required.
Required Skills
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
* Ability to calculate figures and amounts such as discounts, interest, commissions, proportions, percentages, area, circumference, and volume.
* Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.
CRITICAL THINKING SKILLS
* Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of known variables in situations where only limited standardization exists.
* Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram formats.
ANALYTICAL ABILITY / PROBLEM SOLVING
* Moderately structured. Fairly broad activities using moderately structured procedures with only generally guided supervision. Interpolation of learned things in somewhat varied situations.
COMMUNICATION SKILLS
* Ability to communicate professionally and effectively both written and verbal.
SOFTWARE SKILLS REQUIRED
* Intermediate to Advance Excel and Word Processing/Typing.
Required Experience
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
* Equivalent to four years high school, with particular emphasis during high school.
* Prior experience working with numbers referred but not required.
