Counselor - FISCHER COUNSELING : Job Details

Fischer Counseling Inc. is hiring part-time and full-time mental health counselors responsible for providing individual, couple, and family counseling services. All candidates must have a minimum of a master's degree in counseling or a related field that allows you to become a licensed counselor or social worker in the state of Illinois. Illinois licensure as an LPC, LCPC, LSW, or LCSW is preferred.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to complete treatment plans, case notes, and assessments promptly.
• Must have effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Knowledge of evidence-based practices and treatment modalities
• Ability to work with diverse populations
• Ability to maintain professional boundaries
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and HIPAA compliance

SALARY

• Will vary based on education level and licensure, ranging from $35-$55/an hour to start
• Free supervision towards advanced licensure
