Job DetailsJob Location Rush City Country Store & Fuels - Rush City, MN Position Type Full Time Description Federated Co-ops is looking to add an outgoing and energetic Counter Sales person to our team at our Rush City Country Store Location. Our Counter Sales position is responsible for assisting customers of the Agronomy Center. Essential Duties and Responsibilities include the following. Other duties may be assigned.

• Answers customer's questions concerning location, price, and use of merchandise.
• Check out customer at register. Accepts payment and makes change.
• Carries merchandise and feed bags to vehicle for customers.
• Completes general housekeeping duties.
• Reports to store management with complaints, concerns, or questions.
• Answering phone customers with questions, taking orders,
• Receive payments from customers
• Filling propane cylinders
• Perform customer billing of products and services
• Running a forklift

QualificationsRequirements: To perform the job successfully, an individual should demonstrate the following competencies:

• Must be 18 years or older.
• Good problem solving, organization and communication skills.
• Ability to work extended hours and weekends during peak season.
• Driver's License (preferred)
• Uses equipment in a safe manner.
• Ability to learn multiple software programs, including Microsoft Word and Excel.

Education/Experience:

• 1 - 3 years customer service (preferred)
