Counter Salesperson-Bi-lingual Spanish - Ultimate Staffing : Job Details

We have two openings for a Counter Salesperson. Anyone with HVAC or Plumbing background is a plus! Retail background is also a plus. This will be onsite Monday to Friday from 8am-5pm.

Assist customers who purchase and/or pick up merchandise at the Profit Center.

Process and fill Sales Orders.

Ensure the customer signs and dates each sales ticket.

Inform supervisor of inventory levels or stock depletions that could impact customer service levels.

Skills:

Outstanding customer service and verbal communication skills.

Comprehensive knowledge of product, able to suggest related products for purchase.

Able to maintain a positive working relationship with customers, vendors, and coworkers.

Identify customer needs and provide profitable solutions.

Knowledge:

Data Entry - ten key.

Process orders.

MS Suite.

Knows how to use the measurement tape.

1-2 years of customer service background, retail, customer service, working in warehouse/office.
