Provide and source parts for specialized equipment for our fleet customers. Use your parts knowledge to assist other NAPA team members and answer questions for customers. Provide outstanding customer service and interact with management and technicians. Bring customer focus and high energy to our fast-paced environment. Ask appropriate questions to ensure correct parts are researched and sourced. Inform customers on parts availability.
