Leadership Opportunity in GermanyWe are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Group Country Manager to lead our commercial activities in Germany. As a key member of our European team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to advance our corporate presence and grow the market for our portfolio of products.The ideal candidate will have at least 10 years of Oncology-related sales and marketing experience, with a proven track record of delivering results in a timely and efficient manner. Previous experience as a Country Manager or equivalent position is strongly preferred.This role will report to the Vice President Commercial, Europe and will be responsible for managing the country-specific P&L, leading the commercial team, and collaborating closely with stakeholders across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute country-specific strategic and tactical plans to maximize opportunity through focused resourcing.Lead the commercial team in Germany, including performance appraisals, management, target-setting, personnel selection, retention initiatives, and mentoring new personnel as appropriate.Collaborate closely with relevant departments within Exact Sciences to support business objectives.Develop relationships with key customers, KOLs, and other relevant stakeholders to support successful business growth.Establish key partnerships to maximize business opportunity.Closely work with Medical Societies and German Authorities to support patient access for Exact Sciences products.Provide input to the overall long-range and operating corporate plans.Requirements10+ years of Oncology-related sales and marketing experience with international pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or lab corporation, several years as Country Manager preferred.Advanced degree required, MBA or PhD strongly preferred.In-depth understanding of commercialization of Oncology products and/or molecular diagnostics in the country.CompetenciesStrong leadership, business acumen, and team building skills.Excellent judgement, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills.Demonstrated ability to manage multiple, simultaneous, complex tasks and meet challenging deadlines.Travel/LocationTravel Requirements: 30% Travel.Location: Munich.
