Job Description :

Serves to assist the Strategic Communications Director with all public relations programs.

Bachelor's Degree in public relations, communications, English, or related field. Experience in public relations, public service, or non-profit environment preferred. Experience with Adobe Creative Suite, particularly InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Knowledge of basic video production, mostly for use in social media environments. Excellent written communication skills. Must be able to work independently and adhere to deadlines. Must be able to adjust hours for events, special projects, and in times of disaster response. Must possess a valid driver's license. Willing to take online emergency management courses to fulfill CIPIO role. Ability to maintain confidentiality
