Xcelerate Media, Inc., headquartered in Dublin, Ohio, is a custom eLearning company searching for a Quality Assurance Associate to assist with the review of a wide variety of web-based training programs.
A Quality Assurance Associate is responsible for reading and understanding storyboards; analyzing and identifying errors in eLearning courses, videos, and other forms of media; documenting and verifying completion of edit spreadsheets (from both internal and external sources); scripting voice talent audio; attending planning/status meetings; and sending completed courseware projects and other documentation to Account Managers and clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Review, revise, edit storyboards
- Initial QA – View and listen to eLearning courses to find errors/suggest improvements, document errors/suggestions, verify resolution of errors, and ensure overall quality
- Alpha, Beta, Final QA – Interpret, document client feedback, verify completion of client's requests
- Deliver links of finalized courses to Account Managers and clients
- Participate in meetings/discussions with clients and internal team members
- Browser testing / Mobile testing / Tablet testing
- Audio scripting (initial & rerecord)
- Image research, collection
- Quality assurance of translated courses (various languages)
- Escalate issues to appropriate team members in a timely manner
- Time management – ensure assignments are completed according to deadlines
Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience working in the areas of quality assurance, editing, and proofing
- Basic knowledge of the following programs: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Degree or proven experience in writing, editing/proofing, technical communication, and/or familiarity with IT services/product
