We promote hope and empowerment to persons and families touched by mental illness, substance abuse, HIV and multiple occurring diagnoses, and their related challenges.Become a part of the Brandywine Counseling and Community Services (BCCS) team as a Court Liaison.
  • The Court Liaison position provides an array of educational, early intervention, prevention and support services to individuals entering into, or involved in a drug court program.
  • As a Court Liaison you will be responsible for providing quality, sufficient and appropriate services.
  • The Court Liaison will maintain high professional standards, along with attending weekly court status hearings and being a liaison between Brandywine Counseling and the courts.
  • The employee will be responsible for writing court reports, completing orientations, meeting with assigned clients for individual/case management sessions and facilitating educational groups.
RequirementsQualifications for the position are:
  • REQUIRED: BS/BA in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Social Work or related field.
  • REQUIRED: 1 Year Experience in Healthcare/Medical - Substance Abuse/Addiction Medicine
  • PREFERRED : CADC (Certified Alcohol and Drug Counselor)
  • PREFERRED : Master's Degree in Behavioral Sciences, Psychology, Criminal Justice, Human Services, Social Work or related field.
  • PREFERRED : 1 Year Experience in Co-Occurring Disorders
Schedule:
  • Monday 12:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.
  • Tuesday - Thursday 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m.
  • Friday 7:00 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Salary:
  • Starting at $21/hour
  • Commensurate with experience, education and certification
