About the role: As the Cova Pay Administrator, you will play a critical role in facilitating the application process for our clients, ensuring every step is completed accurately and efficiently to secure payment processing approval. You'll communicate directly with clients, gather necessary documentation, and manage the submission process, while liaising with our underwriting team. - Assist clients with completing the Cova Pay application process.
- Communicate directly with clients to gather required documentation.
- Convert client documents to PDFs, rename as needed, and upload to SharePoint.
- Fill out DocuSign applications for clients and obtain required signature.
- Submit full application package to partners' underwriting team.
- Inform clients of approval or decline status.
- Following client's approval, assist in onboarding, including ordering hardware terminals and providing remote installation support, as needed.
- Regular check-ins with stakeholders to ensure smooth progress and collaboration.
What we're looking for:
- 1-3 years of professional experience, preferably in the financial industry.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, Business Administration, or a related field, considered an asset.
- Strong operational skills and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in document management tools. (DocuSign, Adobe, M365, SharePoint)
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel.
- Comfortable liaising with clients and payment partners to support in advancing applications.
- Familiarity with Salesforce and project management software.
