Responsibilities
We are looking for an experienced Craft Recruiter to join our team at Brasfield & Gorrie. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in the construction industry, with a strong focus on craft recruitment. This role is pivotal in attracting top talent to support our field teams across the Florida region. What You'll Do:
* Relationship Building: Foster relationships with local resources (ex. High Schools, Trade Schools, etc.) to create a strong pipeline of candidates. Work closely with internal teams and travel to job sites to support recruiting initiatives.
* Recruitment Process Management: Manage the end-to-end recruiting process, from creating job requisitions and screening applicants to extending offers and onboarding.
* Planning and Coordination: Develop and execute recruiting strategies, schedule interviews, and organize networking events and job fairs.
Who You Are:
* Experienced: 3+ years of construction craft recruitment experience preferred.
* Bilingual: Proficiency in English and Spanish is strongly preferred.
* Tech-Savvy: Experienced in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and the MS Suite.
