Position Title: Craft RecruiterCOMPANY OVERVIEW: An Industrial Construction company that provides safe and quality construction services to a diverse set of industries throughout the United States.ResponsibilitiesEnsures compliance with company policy and employment lawsRecruitment of craft personnelManages new hire onboarding process for all new hires within organizationResponsible for recruiting metric reporting and coordinationDistributes and monitors employee performance evaluations and ensures they are done in a timely manner (i.e., three months, six months, one year and yearly thereafter)Assists employees and supervisors with basic interpretation of HR policies and proceduresAssists the manager with employee relations issuesManage & administer random drug testing programResponds to unemployment notices and potential charges in a timely, efficient mannerResponds to reference checks and verifications of employment statusPrepares and produces various reports for human resources and project managementAssists the manager with HR projectsMaintains high standards of confidentiality of all employee records and informationQualificationsMinimum of 3 years of job-related experience in construction safety standards & practices in industrial construction projects requiredHigh School Diploma or equivalentBilingual: Spanish is a plusTo perform this job successfully, an individual should have good computer skills (MS Office products including Outlook)BenefitsCOMPENSATION: Competitive SalaryBENEFITS: Standard packageLocation: Houston, Texas**PLEASE NOTE: We try to respond to everyone who applies for our jobs, but in periods of high activity it may not be possible.
