Job Overview:We are looking for a talented Creative Designer with at least two years of experience to join our dynamic, fully remote marketing team. As a key player in our brand's growth, you'll be responsible for designing impactful visuals across multiple channels, including social media, digital ad campaigns, marketing emails, website graphics, and event materials. Your work will help produce both B2B and B2C advertising for a nationwide telecom company, driving engagement and elevating our brand's visibility. This role is perfect for a self-starter who can transform audience insights and messaging strategies into visually engaging, high-performance campaigns.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop Audience-Driven Campaigns: Collaborate with the marketing team to brainstorm and design campaigns aligned with audience insights and KPI objectives.
  • Social Media Design: Develop social media graphics that increase engagement and boost brand awareness.
  • Digital Campaign Assets: Design high-performing digital display ads and other advertising content that drive conversions in both B2B and B2C markets.
  • Email Marketing Graphics: Produce visually engaging graphics for marketing emails using HubSpot, aimed at enhancing click-through rates and conversions.
  • Front-End Website Graphics: Design website graphics that enhance the user experience and support marketing objectives.
  • Event Materials: Create print-ready flyers and in-person event materials to drive foot traffic and strengthen in-store branding.
  • Layout and Production Design: Assist in creating layouts and production designs for various media, including newspapers, outdoor ads, print mail, brochures, magazines, vehicle ads, technical manuals, and corporate reports.
  • Brand Consistency: Maintain cohesive branding across all channels by adhering to style guidelines and updating templates as needed.
  • Artwork Implementation: Send print-ready files to various organizations on deadline as needed, ensuring timely publication.
  • In-House Campaign Support: Design internal marketing materials and support the creation of sales and product training materials.
Qualifications:
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Minimum of 2 years of design experience with a portfolio showcasing expertise in digital and print media.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); familiarity with Figma or Canva is a plus.
  • Work Style: Ability to work independently in a remote, KPI-driven environment, consistently delivering high-quality, on-brand designs.
  • Preferred Skills: Agency experience, industry knowledge, familiarity with HubSpot or similar platforms, and experience with motion graphics or video editing (preferred, not required).
