Key Responsibilities:
Brand Strategy & Messaging
- Lead the creation of impactful brand identities, messaging platforms, and narratives that resonate with diverse audiences.
- Perform comprehensive brand audits to uncover opportunities and redefine client strategies.
User Experience
- Design and map user journeys that drive engagement and deliver seamless brand experiences across all touchpoints.
Campaign Development & Execution
- Develop and execute end-to-end brand campaigns, ensuring alignment with client goals and creative excellence.
- Oversee campaign performance and refine strategies to optimize results.
Content Creation
- Direct the creation of high-quality, long-form content, such as eBooks, white papers, and guides, to establish thought leadership and brand authority.
- Write or oversee the development of scripts for video and interactive experiences, ensuring alignment with client goals and creative objectives.
Internal Marketing & Business Development
- Collaborate on internal marketing initiatives and craft winning proposals that showcase Overit's creativity and expertise.
- Partner with business development teams to pitch innovative concepts to prospective clients.
Creative Leadership
- Inspire and manage a team of designers, strategists, and writers, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
- Champion best practices in design, storytelling, and campaign execution.
Client Engagement & Presentations
- Develop strong client relationships, lead engaging presentations, and effectively communicate creative ideas and strategies to stakeholders.
What We're Looking For:
- Experience: Proven success in brand creation, messaging, and campaign execution for major brands (national or global).
- Content Expertise: Experience in campaign ideation and execution including print, digital, scriptwriting for video and interactive experiences, in addition to creating long-form content such as eBooks and white papers.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to develop actionable brand strategies and map impactful user journeys.
- Presentation Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, with the ability to captivate and influence clients and stakeholders.
- Creativity: A bold and innovative thinker with a standout portfolio of creative work.
- Leadership: Experience inspiring and mentoring a high-performing creative team.
- Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Adaptability: The ability to juggle multiple priorities and deliver excellence under tight deadlines.
This hybrid role requires a minimum of three days in the office per week.
