Creative Director - Creative People : Job Details

Location:

• Austin, TX, 5x per week in-office (not flexible on this piece); open to providing relocation for the right candidate

Company:

• Exciting, successful start-up in the B2B2C Travel space

Salary:

• $180-210k + equity, DOE

MUST HAVE REQUIREMENTS

• 8-10+ years of experience
• In-house or agency experience (ie. luxury, travel, hospitality, outdoor, etc.)
• Previous experience working with consumer brands preferred
• Desired: Art/ Design background, with strong storytelling skills. Maybe be open to Copy background, but will need someone who understands and can direct strong art/ design

Position Overview:

• Help take brand to the next level on the creative side, there will be an opportunity to help shape brand guidelines
• Focus across brand video, campaigns, digital, social, and beyond!
• Work closely with internal marketing team and additional freelancers across the work, they will need this person to be hands-on as a player/ coach
