Good Land Supply Co, the wholesale division of Brew City Brand, is seeking highly motivated & self-driven Creative Director to join our quickly growing team. This is an exciting opportunity to work in a highly creative, fast-paced environment to make long term and meaningful connections with our customers & of course our Milwaukee-based work family.

We provide apparel & other branded products on a wholesale basis to resort, retail, & corporate markets. Our resort apparel line, which is sold to clients including Walt Disney World, Vail Resorts, Dollywood & Seattle Space Needle, has been growing tremendously. Our retail apparel lines are sold into retailers including The Buckle, Urban Outfitters, and Tillys, to name a few. Finally, our corporate ad specialty product lines have us working with customers ranging from Milwaukee Brewers to Potawatomi Casino & Northwestern Mutual.

Job Summary:

We are looking for an innovative and detail-oriented Product Development and Inventory Manager with at least 2 years of experience within fashion design and/or inventory buying and planning to support the end-to-end creation and management of our apparel lines. This role is ideal for someone who combines a passion for fashion product development with a strong aptitude for operational efficiency. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the product development lifecycle while ensuring optimal inventory management to support business goals. This role is pivotal in bridging the creative and operational sides of the business, ensuring the success of our apparel lines from concept to customer.

Key Responsibilities:

Product Development

• Collaborate with the design team to transform creative concepts into production-ready apparel.

• Manage product development timelines, from initial ideation to final production.

• Source materials, trims, and manufacturing partners while ensuring quality and cost-effectiveness.

• Work closely with vendors and manufacturers to ensure designs align with specifications and standards.

• Coordinate fittings, sample reviews, and approvals for prototypes and final products.

• Stay updated on fashion trends, materials, and market demands to inform product development strategies

• Finalize, assemble, and coordinate finished sample lines for our resort & licensed retail division for all inside & outside sales team and trade shows

• Management of Tradeshow Booths including upkeep, and visual merchandising.

• All logistics related to annual tradeshow schedule.

Inventory Management

• Develop and maintain inventory tracking systems through Fish Bowl & Filemaker systems to ensure stock availability aligns with sales forecasts.

• Monitor inventory levels, addressing overstock or shortages to optimize cash flow and storage.

• Coordinate with logistics, warehousing, and distribution teams to streamline inventory movement.

• Analyze historical sales data and trends to make informed decisions about inventory replenishment.

• Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and integrity.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).

• Proven experience in product development, inventory management, or a similar role in the apparel industry.

• Strong understanding of apparel production processes, materials, and timelines.

• Proficiency in inventory management software and systems.

• Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Strong communication and negotiation skills to work with vendors and internal teams.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with sustainable product development practices.

• Knowledge of supply chain optimization and inventory forecasting techniques.

• Familiarity with PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) tools.

• Analytical skills for identifying trends and opportunities within inventory and sales data.
