We are focused on developing forward thinking ideas and work across channels, end-to-end experiences in digital and beyond.To be successful in this role, the candidate must exhibit outstanding creative judgment and guide the creative team in achieving the highest possible standards. The candidate must have experience working with creative teams, guiding concept creation and setting creative direction. This individual has worked at a Group Creative Director level or is ready to step into this type of role. This individual will be responsible to connecting the creative approach to the business strategy. The candidate must be able to convincingly present creative concepts to all parties.This individual will focus on enabling strategic and creative elements of the agency, but also playing a critical role to attract, retain and develop best-in-industry agency talent and build a culture delivering transformative work. The Creative Director will report to the Executive Creative Director.Day to day responsibilities include, but are not limited to:Provide leadership/motivation and convey the vision and values of the agencyMentor multiple creative team members, providing clear direction and constructive feedbackCraft big ideas and experiencesDevelop holistic and robust memorable/famous creative campaigns from start to finishCraft Idea led campaigns across multi-channel including Video/print/Digital/Social/emailsDevelop deep client relationships enable seamless delivery of high-quality creative contentBring cohesive creative direction to ECD and assists in delivering creative ideas to business units where relevantActively identifies new opportunities and future trendsBuild, mentor, and hire talent to amplify a culture of inclusion and belongingFind creative opportunities where possible even if they haven't been assignedActively engage in hiring and training of creative staff alongside creative services leadMinimum Qualifications:12 years of experience in Art Direction or copy, preferably within a marketing / advertising agency4 years at a Creative Director level overseeing multiple creative teamsExperience overseeing and guiding multiple teamsAbility to understand marketing insights and strategies to translate into compelling advertising campaigns that are digital-firstAbility to combine conceptual creative thinking with high-quality content deliveryCaptivating presentation skillsExceptional strategic thinking with experience crafting creative strategiesAbility to tailor messaging, keeping the audience in mindStrong conceptual skillsManaging/supervising Creative talentIndustry awarded work preferredQualificationsSalary Range: $130,000.00 to $205,000.00 annually bonus equity (if applicable) benefitsThe above represents the expected salary range for this job requisition.
