We are in search of a VP/Creative Director to spearhead innovative AV campaigns within the theatrical and streaming film sectors.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Develop award-winning trailers and integrated campaigns that meet the highest creative standards.
- Convert marketing objectives into creative strategies and guide the team through production.
- Assist in managing a team of producers to execute engaging and effective promotional materials.
- Direct the writing for assigned campaigns and projects, ensuring conceptual alignment with brand positioning.
- Oversee the creative elements of sales presentations and advertiser-sponsored promotions.
- Foster the development of producers, coordinators, and editors within the team.
- Cultivate a collaborative atmosphere that encourages outstanding results across all creative disciplines.
- Coordinate with various departments to ensure a unified approach to campaign creation.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- A minimum of 7 years of experience in trailer development leadership, specifically focusing on theatrical AV campaigns.
- Preferred background in creative vendor management, particularly within an entertainment marketing agency.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects, budgets, schedules, and personnel effectively.
- Strong knowledge of production processes, both offline and online editorial, coupled with excellent organizational skills.
- Capable of working efficiently and creatively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
- Exceptional creative writing skills and a strong aptitude for storytelling.
- A portfolio showcasing innovative promotional campaigns.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal abilities for managing staff and client relationships.
