You'll play a crucial role in maintaining our operations and ensuring smooth day-to-day activities. This position offers a diverse range of responsibilities, from managing inventory and supporting go-to-market activities to performing facility maintenance and agronomy tasks. You'll have the opportunity to work with a dedicated team and make a significant impact on our business and the local community.Manage periodic inventory, order feed and animal health products, and keep inventory organized, clean, and stocked.Learn how to handle billing, stock additions, and accurate purchasing using COUPA.Support go-to-market activities, including customer engagement strategies and planning and execution of product and service launches.Perform facility maintenance tasks such as mowing, spraying, cleaning the office and warehouse, and equipment preventative maintenance.Handle agronomy tasks, including certification to fill NH3 (anhydrous) and loading/unloading chemicals and fertilizers.Complete end-of-day activities, including depositing checks, reconciling the bank (Agris), and conducting closing time inspections.Promptly report any customer complaints, repair or maintenance needs, or safety concerns to supervisor.Maintain and promote a strong safety culture and follow all safety policies, procedures, and regulations.
