Job Summary:

Our client is seeking a Creative Project Manager who will set up an organize projects for the organization. This opportunity is located in Basking Ridge, NJ!

Duties:

• Facilitate meetings to ensure project alignment and progress
• Manage tasks and timelines in collaboration with company agencies
• Route files for approval through appropriate channels
• Communicate project status updates regularly to relevant stakeholders

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, advertising or business or 4+ years of work experience
• 6+ years of professional experience in a project management role, either within an external or internal advertising agency
• Proven ability to prioritize and manage the workflow of multiple projects across a line of business
• Strong capability to craft thoughtful and custom project plans and timelines
• Experience managing and tracking scope and hours for efficiency reporting across a line of business
• Demonstrated skill in communicating priorities, risks, and solutions to senior-level internal stakeholders
• Expertise in partnering with marketing and strategy leads, as well as Creative Directors, to lead teams in brief development, problem-solving, and prioritization
• Fosters a collaborative approach within departmental team members
• Experience working with outside agencies to manage clients' promotional and marketing efforts
• Ability to evaluate creative briefs for complex projects and interpret them effectively for project teams to lead communication strategies and marketing efforts
