Job Description :

The Creative Specialist will provide support to Creative Studios' senior management and assist in the creation and delivery of Disney ad sales materials. The role requires proficiency in multimedia and graphic design, with extensive knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite, digital and print processes, and project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Studio Support:
  • Assist senior management in the day-to-day operations of Creative Studios.
  • Manage and support the creation and production of Disney ad sales materials for interactive, digital, and print projects.
  • Assist with Creative Studios artwork creation, production, and approvals.
  • Perform junior designer duties when needed (proficient in Adobe Creative Cloud, including InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator).
  • Ensure all final files meet quality and specification standards through quality control.
  • Coordinate digital assets and manage the digital library archive.
  • Ensure timely upload of files for studio-wide usage.

Project Management:

Update and manage the weekly departmental creative project status, including RIM (Project Management System).

Manage incoming creative reviews from internal and external departments and ensure timely reviews by creative leads.

Assist in the organization and coordination of print materials for internal and external ad sales events.

Production and Delivery:

Organize and coordinate the production of all print materials from pre-press to printing, shipping, and delivery.

Assist in gathering elements for the creation of mechanicals.

Manage outdoor print projects for Supersign and 1 Lincoln Square, ensuring timely production and delivery.

Additional Support:

Aid in various departmental and team projects as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Multimedia and graphic design experience.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat).
  • Proficient in Keynote and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of digital and print processes.
  • Experience working with branding guidelines (color theory, typography, layout, etc.).
  • Strong project management and scheduling skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience with After Effects.
  • Photography experience is a plus.
