Responsibilities
We are seeking a skilled Creative Content Specialist to join our dynamic team in Talent Acquisition. This role will focus on supporting video production, post-production, and the creation of engaging digital and physical recruitment marketing materials. Reporting to the Employer Brand & Content Manager, this position will collaborate closely with stakeholders to execute visual content strategies, manage key assets, and enhance our brand presence across platforms, including market-specific social graphics and internal Brand Central systems.
The Creative Specialist, Video & Digital Media delivers high-quality video and graphic content that amplifies our recruitment efforts, maintains Brand Central ensuring it runs smoothly for the team, and provides reliable support to execute the creative vision. You'll be the go-to person for bringing concepts to life..
Key Responsibilities:
Video Production & Post-Production Support: Assist in the execution of video shoots, including setup, coordination, and on-site support, while handling post-production tasks such as editing, color correction, and basic sound design under the direction of the lead video strategist.
Digital & Social Graphics Creation: Design and produce visually compelling graphics for digital flyers, web assets, social media platforms, and digital displays tailored to recruitment marketing and organizational campaigns.
Brand Central Management & Training: Maintain and update internal Brand Central assets, ensuring consistency and accessibility, while providing training and support to team members on asset usage and best practices.
Marketing Material Development: Collaborate with stakeholders to create additional promotional materials, including physical media, that align with recruitment and talent acquisition goals.
Research & Support: Analyze performance data to support strategic recommendations for recruitment initiatives, working alongside leadership to refine talent strategies and organizational objectives.
Cross-Platform Execution: Ensure all visual content is optimized for various platforms, maintaining brand consistency and quality across digital and physical mediums.
Requirements
Education:
Additional Preferences
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field.
5+ years of proven experience in video production and post-production, including proficiency with editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
Strong graphic design skills with expertise in tools like Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva, particularly for social media and digital marketing.
Familiarity with managing digital asset libraries or content management systems (experience with Brand Central or similar platforms a plus).
Ability to collaborate effectively with creative leads, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams.
Detail-oriented with a knack for translating data into actionable visual strategies.
Excellent organizational and multitasking skills to juggle multiple projects and deadlines.
Bonus: Experience in recruitment marketing or talent acquisition content creation.
